Southeast Retirement Solutions (“we”, “our”, “John”) is an independent insurance agency owned and operated by John F. Morrison. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with us through this website (seretirement.org) and what we do with it.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email, phone, your preferred contact time, the product lines you’re interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field. From the review form: your first name (and optional last initial), city and state, rating, comments, and the product lines we’ve discussed. We do not collect Social Security numbers, banking information, or driver’s license numbers through this website.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs that may include IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or session-replay tools.

How we use it

Your contact-form submission is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and follow up on enrollment-related questions you’ve asked about. Review submissions are reviewed personally by John before being published — only the public-facing fields (first name, city, state, rating, comments) are displayed on the website.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners, lead-generation companies, or carriers other than as needed to enroll you in a plan you’ve specifically chosen.

When we share it

We share information with insurance carriers only when you authorize an enrollment with that specific carrier. CMS-required disclosures (Scope of Appointment, Beneficiary Acknowledgement) are exchanged when you ask to discuss Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plans. We comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where applicable.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained as long as you remain a client or active prospect. Reviews remain published until you ask us to remove them. Server-level access logs are retained per Vercel’s standard retention policy (typically 30 days). You may request deletion of any personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to stop using your information for any specific purpose. You can withdraw consent for review publication at any time and we will remove the review within a reasonable time frame.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
